We are seeking a highly motivated Planner,  for the Liquid and Bulk Transport  to join our team. , Responsibilities

• Plan and reschedule of the routes according to company’s processes and culture
• Manage any issue that may occur during transportation (eg. Closed roads, mechanical problem of trucks or trailers)
• Communicate with customers as the focal point and always aiming at final customers’ satisfaction
• Monitor, organize and prepare CMRs for the drivers
• Plan orders in the company’s system
• Communicate with drivers; help drivers with their paperwork (check their documents)
• Prepare invoices’ forms and reports
• Keep data in storage, scan and fill documents, print contracts
• Monitor the stock of the office supplies
• Participate in possible projects assigned by the Manager of the department

• Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English language (oral and written)
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and customers
• Team-work spirit

• The position is open for fresh graduated as well
• 1 - 2 years relevant experiences
