Lufthansa Technik Budapest is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Process Manager to join our team. As the Process Manager, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and further developing Part 145 & Support processes in the area of Operations, Aircraft Maintenance Services segment. Based in Budapest, you would report directly to the Head of Operation in Hamburg and you would support the central team. You will also be advising and supporting specialist departments and collaborating on complex, extensive projects in the area of production processes. ,

• Designing, coordinating, and further developing Part 145 & Support processes in the area of Operations, Aircraft Maintenance Services segment
• Advising and supporting specialist departments in this regard
• Project collaboration and design responsibility for complex, extensive projects in the area of production processes
• Creating process and user documentation, supporting training and briefings
• Performing an interface function to overarching operational and process excellence units
• Supporting the technical further development of existing IT applications together with the technical operating organization
• Supporting and advising managers in implementing measures
• Participating in or leading special projects

• Completed university/university of applied sciences degree in industrial engineering or engineering, business informatics, business administration or equivalent skills and knowledge
• Min. 2-3 years experience in methods of process analysis and optimization
• At least a basic knowledge of lean management methods
• Fluent English language skills
• Advanced IT skills
• Exellent communication and presentation skills
• Special knowledge and experience in work design and company organization
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Persuasiveness, initiative, confident manner, and ability to work under pressure
• Very high level of service orientation, sociability, and customer-oriented demeanor
• Willingness to work at home and abroad, up to 20-30 days per year
• Willingness to undertake job-related further training

• Knowledge of aircraft industry, aircraft maintenance production processes
