Become a vital part of our dedicated quality team at our production site in Zsámbék. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our medical device products meet global standards.

 

• Learning and Managing Documentation: Become familiar with the technical file of our product portfolio.
• Supporting Documentation Development: Assist in developing technical documentation to comply with global regulations.
• Liaising with Distributors: Maintain contact and exchange data and information with distributors, fulfilling interim registration requests.
• Updating Registration Database: Keep the registration database current and accurate.
• Documentation in task manager program: register and follow up tasksrelated to product registration
• Customer complaint handling: Participate in complaint handling process, implement investigation, and communication with customers
• Product release: release semi-finished and finished products

• Bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate English is a must both spoken and written
• User level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with excellent record-keeping skills
• Analytical thinking, with the ability to distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information
