,The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute a strategic plan for short-term rentals and efficient space utilization within HBR assets in the local market. This includes providing marketing support for these activities and collaborating with the local Asset team and Group Marketing team to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
Main responsibilities:
- Creates the marketing & PR strategy and budget for Hungary both on project and corporate level and controls the fulfillment of the strategy & budget
- Adapts the global communication strategy for HB Reavis brand to local requirements (ensures all corporate brand and marketing standards are followed throughout the Hungarian origanization)
- Drives local content marketing activities (incl. social media) and coordinates relevant agencies
- Maintains content and functionality of websites (Agora, Qubes and corporate), manage social media channels (Agora's Facebook and corporate's LinkedIn). Cooperates with the Group marketing team in any corporate matters
- Handles the external communication of Qubes premises and manages the leasing of the event space with the support of FIM’s.
- Creates and manages performance digital campaigns in Google Search, Facebook Ads and other relevant ad platforms with the goal to deliver leads for traditional leases and short-term. Manages and nurtures leads in Hubspot CRM and identifies further opportunities for upselling related services
- Assess efficiency and results of completed activities, monitors customer and tenants needs and identifies opportunities for additional services.
- Develop event space plan strategy, deliver activities program such as conferences, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, seek and secure partners, speakers, sponsors for events
- Deliver and coordinate details of events on time, within budget, that meet expectations and manage, create event budgets and manage staff responsible for event coordination activities and analyze event performance
