Our multinational partner, who is a leader in educational organising solutions, is looking for a talented professional to join its growing project.
If you have gained experience in adult or dual education and related planning, have a degree in pedagogy or andragology, speak English or German, and have a good eye for effective education, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The job
- Consulting: Keeping contact with the directors of educational institutes.
- Management & optimisation: developing a business plan and optimising it for success.
- Reporting
- Development of strategies together with the board & development and implementation of an action plan based on the strategic directions
- Lead instructors
- Network of collaborators: building and operating the relationship with the partners who can be included in the trainings
About you
- Excellent communication skills in English or German, both written and verbal.
- Hungarian citizenship
- Master-level degree in pedagogy or andragology
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- 3–5 years experience of a teacher / trainer
- Strong MS Office and general IT skills
- Self-management skills, taking initiative and influencing decisions through others
- Must be attentive to details, innovative and with strong prioritisation and communication skills
- Project management experience is a plus
