Our multinational partner, who is a leader in educational organising solutions, is looking for a talented professional to join its growing project.

If you have gained experience in adult or dual education and related planning, have a degree in pedagogy or andragology, speak English or German, and have a good eye for effective education, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! The job

Consulting: Keeping contact with the directors of educational institutes.

Management & optimisation: developing a business plan and optimising it for success.

Reporting

Development of strategies together with the board & development and implementation of an action plan based on the strategic directions

Lead instructors

Network of collaborators: building and operating the relationship with the partners who can be included in the trainings About you

Excellent communication skills in English or German, both written and verbal.

Hungarian citizenship

Master-level degree in pedagogy or andragology

5 years experience in a similar role

3–5 years experience of a teacher / trainer

Strong MS Office and general IT skills

Self-management skills, taking initiative and influencing decisions through others

Must be attentive to details, innovative and with strong prioritisation and communication skills
