Key Account Management Team Leader

- Take overall responsibility for our Key Account Management team of 4 direct reports at foodora
- Take strategic ownership of the department. This includes developing and implementing new processes and structures for our strategic accounts.
- Implement commercial strategies. For example, how do we increase growth and maximize value for our strategic accounts. Make sure these accounts are fully integrated with our Ecosystem (deals, marketing, ad tech, subscription, POS etc).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, both on an operational and strategic level
- Participate and lead key meetings and business reviews with strategic accounts
- Lead complex commercial projects
- Utilize and implement best practices from other Delivery Hero markets in order to drive development in the area.
- Relationship builder - You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders at all levels of seniority. You are able to take complexity and simplify it for understanding of all
- Business Minded/Commercial - You have a good commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions through business case development
- Independent/Self-Propelled - You take full ownership for your work by taking your own initiatives and making sure they move forward!
- Solutions Oriented - Where others just see problems, you also see the solutions. Besides that, you possess an analytical and data driven mindset
- Hands on mentality/teamplayer - You are a strong team player that can lead, motivate and inspire team members through your high level of energy, positive attitude and knowledge sharing leadership style!
- Leadership skills - For you it’s a no-brainer to lead by example, your leadership skills will be crucial in this role!
- University degree in business or similar
- At least 5 years in a Senior Key Account Management role or similar
- You have been responsible for large accounts, and have experience from complex negotiation with proven track record
- If you have led a team that will be considered a plus but strong leadership skills are very important
- Advanced knowledge within Office (excel, powerpoint)
- Fluent in English
- Background in FMCG or Tech Industry will be considered a plus, but the most important part is that you have experience from handling large accounts
