• Management of modern, traditional and discount chains
• Lead and implement the business plan for relevant partners in line with corporate strategy
• Reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets with customers
• Monthly, quarterly and annual planning and overview of sales / split by partner, brand and product level
• Develops and implements customer promotional plans in accordance with the company strategy
• Enhance product distribution through listing, in-out promotions and special offers
• Increase product visibility in store, strengthen primary shelf image, manage hot spot secondary placements, and POS communication.
• Responsible for internal processes, such as customer forecasting and profit management
• Understanding monthly customer analyzes and retail data, mapping and interpreting relevant information, learning about successes, failures and best practices to improve performance
• Constantly monitors the competitive environment and market dynamics, comes up with proactive proposals to ensure competitiveness
• Close collaboration with partner departments or colleagues such as marketing, supply chain, finance through the international teams

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector
• Experience in managing international and traditional local chains
• Results-oriented mindset
• Excellent persuasion and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Business english
• Driving licence
• Strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Ability to work independently
• Act with speed and agility in a complex business environment
