Controlling Manager

Scope:

Lead controlling team of MOHU including central controlling, CAPEX and modelling, business partnering

Responsible for planning, forecasting, controlling methodologies according to MOL Group standards and perform regular process reviews. Supervise the realization of the processes and related systems on MOL Group level. Ensure consistency. Control and supervise the planning and reporting activity f and ensure division level consolidation in the processes.

Coordinate and supervise the preparation of plans and forecasts

Supervise the preparation of top-down plan, business plan, yearly financial plan, quarterly reports, business reviews and ad-hoc reports. Coordinate and supervise the preparation of flash reports.

Coordinate and supervise the use, development and standardization of KPI-s.

Suggest performance indicators and targets to managers. Coordinate and supervise the preparation of benchmark analysis.

Ensure the preparation of independent and pro-active analysis, suggest solutions for problems to support decision making processes.

Ensure the consistency of investment project proposals in the business plan. Monitor the realization of approved projects, identify and explain the deviation from the plan.

Define the processes for efficiency improvement projects and coordinate the follow up of projects.

Requirements:

University degree in Finance area

Min. 5 years managerial practice

Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems

General leadership skills, excellent knowledge of business processes, discipline, accuracy and mastering complexity

High-level, fluent English language skills with a broad area of expertise

High-level, fluent Hungarian language skills
