Lead Buyer  AS A LEAD BUYER AT MOL, YOU WILL: Implement MOL Group’s future investments and projects through external contracts, within the scope assigned to the position. Coordinate the project strategic buyers and fulfill Procurement's liaison duties as a member of the project's project management teams. Coordinate the procurement needs of the projects with the strategies and procurement processes of the category, and resolves any conflicts that arise. Represent Procurement in project/CAPEX related operational organizations.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the achievement of defined objectives and KPIs, including delivery of savings targetsLead, evaluate and develop assigned staffContribute to review of supplier master data (MRP, accounting and sales data), checking and approving duplicates, regular data cleaningEnsure onboarding and pre-qualification of suppliersParticipates in supplier performance and risk assessment tasksRepresents the appropriate incident escalation levelResponsible for procurement performance of projectsPrepare and participate in Stage Gate reviewsManage the preparation of project tenders, negotiations and the conclusion of contracts within the purview of project procurementPrepares and participates in the work of evaluation committees along the set value limitsParticipates in continuous development initiativesParticipates in needs planningActively develop and manage closer cooperation within Procurement and with representatives of other organizations within its own area of expertise  HIT THE APPLY BUTTON, IF YOU: Have University (MA/MSc) / College (BA/BSc) degree in the field of Economics/Engineering/LawGained 3+ year procurement and project management experience in multinational environmentHave experience in investment-based procurementSpeak Hungarian and English fluentlyAre a strong negotiator and have good communication and leadership skillsHave proactive attitude, resilient behavior, sense of responsibility, ownershipHave user level knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, eProcurement (or similar), ERP system  WHAT WE CAN OFFER: Competitive salary complemented with an attractive compensation package including: Cafeteria with several elements to choose from (e. g.
