As the Lead for the newly established Sales Hub Europe, you will be responsible for all internal sales-related tasks and tools (e. g. , Customer Relationship Management) to support our global sales organization.
You will drive and lead the implementation and maintenance of the new Sales Price Management tool for your region and subsequently for the global successful rollout.
As a key user, you will handle the tool introduction to the global sales team, including testing, documentation, and preparation of training materials.
You will process customer orders, check prices, identify gaps, and initiate escalation paths to the responsible functions such as Product Management.
In this role, you are also responsible for performing regular price analysis and acting as an interface to plant accounting and controlling.
To tackle this challenge, you will recruit and develop your own local team.
You will skillfully create a vision of how the newly established Sales Hub can improve the performance of the global sales team by supporting additional tasks (e. g. , global tooling tagging process).
In the variety of all these tasks, you will be strongly supported by the Central Sales department at the headquarters located in Liechtenstein. Requirements / Elvárások
You have a university degree in business, finance or a similar discipline
You gained several years of experience in a Sales Back-office, Controlling or in a similar function and are addicted to numbers and processes related to Sales and Finance
You have strong analytical skills and working with Excel, Power BI, AG Grid are part of your daily business
You are adept in managing multiple interfaces and stakeholders with your self-motivated and open minded personality
You enjoy working in an open, agile, international environment
You possess very strong communication skills in English, German is an advantage
