• Application of LEAN philosophy and tools (VSM, 5S+1S, Kanban, Jidoka, Muda),
• Optimisation of production processes, efficiency improvement,
• Assessment, analysis and improvement of current processes,
• Application of problem solving tools (e. g. PDCA, Root Cause Analysis),
• Improving process efficiency and minimising losses,
• Design, implementation and monitoring of projects,
• Monitoring, analysing efficiency indicators and developing improvement recommendations,
• Organising and implementing internal trainings.

• College or university degree in engineering, economics or other relevant field,
• Fluent English or German,
• At least 3-year experience in Lean methodologies and process improvement,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Experience in project management,
• Knowledge of SAP or other business management systems is an advantage,
• High level of MS Office skills.

• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

• 13th monthly allowance,
• Salary benefits paid in 2 installments: July and December,
• Annual performance bonus: target 17% of the annual base salary,
• Cafeteria monthly gross HUF 30, 000.
