Your new role consists of:

Set standards for the best delivery solutions,

Facilitate, initiate and drive engagement and monitor progress of learning activities,

Govern, support and advise local/global learning partners and relevant stakeholders,

Advising trainers and other colleagues on Learning Management Process,

Deliver trainings and workshops on usage of various learning platforms

Participate in improvements projects

What you'll need to succeed

College or University Degree in Business Administration, HR or relevant field,

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar learning related role,

Fluent English knowledge,

Precise, detail-oriented attitude,

Being perspicacious, having a great overview of end-to-end processes,

Great problem-solving and organising skills,

Being comfortable taking responsibility.
