Feladatok:

Document Management: Responsible for collecting, recording, and systematically filing incoming documents to maintain an organized record-keeping system.

Document Distribution: Ensure timely and accurate distribution of incoming documents to the appropriate team members.

Digital Processing: Oversee the scanning and digital storage of documents to ensure proper archiving.

Outgoing Documentation: Prepare and post outgoing documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Query Management: Assist the team by managing employee queries through internal systems.

Elvárások:

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months

At least Intermediate English and knowledge both written and verbal

Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc. )

Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
