A global energy company is seeking a Dutch-speaking Logistics and Transportation Lead to join its marine logistics team. This role ensures smooth and timely execution of delivery operations across key regions, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Manage orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with suppliers, agents, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure accurate order tracking and timely updates in relevant systems.

Communicate effectively with order managers to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.

Monitor logistics performance, investigate complaints, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer operations.

Fluency in Dutch and English.

Knowledge of international marine logistics processes.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with SAP, MS Office, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
