Your new role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the supply of products manufactured worldwide to global customers.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders with procurement and suppliers, liaising with the commercial department, and resolving schedule-related issues.
You will also work closely with the warehouse, quality department, and finance department to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have post-secondary education or a college/university degree, strong communication skills in English (German is an advantage), and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
You should be flexible, accurate, open-minded, proactive, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience in customer service, particularly in international manufacturing or logistics, and automotive experience are advantageous.
