WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

Participate in the strategy implementation, transformation, and digitalization journey across each Logistics Business Unit while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization's structure, operations, and role in the Downstream value chain. As a Growwwer, you will rotate between different business units, gaining exposure to the entire organization while contributing to various projects that support the Logistics Strategy and daily operations. Travel to different Logistics terminals in Hungary is essential.

You will get familiar with the Logistics organization, understanding its strategic role and significance while actively participating in daily tasks and efficiency improvement projects.

Your responsibilities will include: Strategic analysis & evaluation: Contributing to the realization of strategic goals by analyzing business proposals, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements.

⚙ Automation & digitalization: Participating in automation and improvement projects with a strong focus on digital transformation.

✅ Regulatory compliance: Supporting adherence to relevant legislation and internal regulations, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, conflict of interest policies, HSE, and data protection rules. Performance monitoring & reporting: Assisting in the development of performance monitoring systems, collecting reporting templates for PowerBI dashboards. Meeting support: Preparing minutes/memos and developing supporting presentations.

All of this in a dynamic team where you will gain valuable insights into logistics operations and contribute to innovative developments!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Your Background: A fresh graduate, with a bachelor’s or master's degree in economics/logistics or engineering, with strong analytical skills, financial and controlling knowledge, and a creative problem-solving mindset. Your Personality: You are strategic, proactive, and open to learning. You thrive in solving unexpected challenges and working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with others. Team Player: You value teamwork and believe that collaboration drives success. Language Skills: Fluent English is required, and additional language skills are an advantage. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus! Mobility: Category B driving license is preferred, and willingness to travel to different logistics terminals in Hungary is an advantage.
