- Responsible for the delivery KPIs in the given country, such as transport SLA, on time delivery, POD return etc.
- Planning and optimizing transport orders
- Delivery note sending & tender releasing to logistics service providers
- Ensure trucks arrival on time & loading finished based on appointed timeslot
- Shorten the overall transit time from place of loading to destination warehouse with efficient transport solution
- Handling shipping exceptions beside ensuring the flow of information
- Optimize transportation cost and lead-time, make efforts to reduce extra cost
- Monitor the whole process of cargo transportation, escalate if security or cargo quality issue happens
- Coordinate and fulfill customer’s delivery requirements and occasional changes
- Bachelor/Master Degree
- 1-3 years work experience in relevant field
- Problem solving skills
- Fluent verbal/written in English
- Be familiar with logistics, transportation and international trade processes, global forwarder working experience is an advantage
- Have the ability to respond demand changes quickly
- Strong communication skills with customer orientation mindset
- Can work under pressure and can focus on details, good organization skills, multicultural working skills and teamwork spirit
- Deep Microsoft Excel skills
- Office located in city center
