The main role is organizing, tracking, and reporting export/import activities at the company and performing all related administrative tasks. Mainly works with the following teams: Planning, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, Sourcing, and the Sales team.

•  Organization of export shipments, quotation requests
• Run a daily report, schedule packaging for storage
• Tracking import and incoming goods status
• Cooperate with planning department, warehouse, customer service, sales
• Preparation of documents (pack list, invoice, CMR, etc. )
• Arranging customs clearance with help of our customs agent
• Approval of freight invoices
• Request for quotations and coordinate on freight tenders
• Maximize On-Time-Delivery KPI metric (OTC – On Time to Confirmation)
• Cooperate with other departments in all logistics related issues
• Track shipments till completion and report tracking information to related parties

• 5 years of experience in logistics field preferably
• Solid understanding of global transportation modes and process
• Active Business English and Hungarian communication skills oral and written
• Solid MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP system knowledge
• Self-confident, cooperative, reliable, accurate
• Able to work with fixed deadlines and in changing environment
• Having good communication skills
• Team player with ‘can do’ attitude

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management or economics is an advantage
