Loss Prevention Coordinator

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the loss prevention function across the assigned region.
- Collaborate with and report to the central office and management team in Poland.
- Identify and assess risk categories within the stores to mitigate potential losses.
- Develop and maintain internal audit standards, techniques, and practices to ensure comprehensive loss prevention.
- Ensure the effective functioning of internal control systems to safeguard assets.
- Create and implement internal loss prevention procedures to minimize risks.
- Conduct audits and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures in stores.
- Oversee the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions on existing rules, procedures, and methodologies in loss prevention for staff.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of safety technologies, such as CCTV systems, to enhance store security.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes; a valid driver’s license is required
- Proven experience in loss prevention, preferably within the retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions with strong analytical skills.
- Very good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- A proactive attitude in multi-level problem solving and creativity.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a store environment is an advantage.
