We are looking for our new
Financial Coordinator and Market Analyst
colleague, who will
take part in performance and market monitoring and collection of relevant market information, support LPG projects and business unit in strategy and business plan preparation and execution monitoring. Ensure business performance management and benchmarking for the countries, strengthen the business integration of LPG related countries.
Key responsibilities:
Business Performance Monitoring: Develop and operate a standardized sales performance monitoring system, defining and communicating sales reporting requirements.
Business Reviews and Knowledge Sharing: Initiate regular business reviews and knowledge sharing meetings, and identify efficiency improvement actions.
Process Standardization: Drive process standardization and consolidation in ENT LPG-related operations, ensuring reliable and cost-efficient operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage cross-business and cross-functional activities and projects, facilitating collaboration with local organizations.
Internal Presentations and Best Practices: Hold internal presentations on business development and harmonize sales, logistics, and technical processes.
Market Intelligence and Analysis: Execute market intelligence and analysis tasks, explore new areas for market intelligence development, and monitor analyses.
Project Evaluation and Strategy Implementation: Evaluate LPG growth projects, coordinate strategy implementation with relevant departments and country managers.
Business Project Support: Support acquisition and other business projects by preparing calculations, presentations, and decision support materials.
The perfect candidate:
Has a BSc/MSc degree in economics/business or other relevant education
Speaks Hungarian and English on an advanced level
Has 5+ years of professional experience
Has comprehensive understanding of business, economics, financial processes
Has a strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint), SAP, BI
International or CEE experience is an advantage
