Maintenance engineer  Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the comprehensive maintenance activities of the designated operational unit and for maintaining the technical background Organizes maintenance processes (Reactive and Preventive maintenance) As a subordinate of the maintenance team leader—during their absence—directs the technical team associated with the unit (5-10 members) Assesses and defines the necessary expertise and its levels in their area, based on which they propose training and development for the technical team Maintains direct contact with representatives from production and other departments Monitors the condition of equipment in their area, making proposals for repairs and improvements to enhance reliability Participates in the development of the Preventive Maintenance program, coordinating the implementation schedule with other departments Maintains contact with contractors for repairs, verifying performance Analyzes repair processes, determines the spare parts requirements related to their area, and supports their procurement Plans and monitors maintenance costs related to their area Operates the maintenance work order system Complies with and enforces quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection procedures   Why CEVA-Phylaxia?
