WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

As a fresh graduate in the Maintenance Organization Talent Program, you will rotate across different sub-organizations, support project management, visit operational sites for hands-on experience, and assist the Performance Team in optimization efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with the Head of Maintenance Services Management, providing strategic and operational support while gaining in-depth industry knowledge.

Project Involvement & PM Support:

Participate in smaller projects within the maintenance organization.

Support project managers in planning, execution, and reporting tasks.

Rotational Assignments & Site Visits:

Rotate across different sub-organizations within the maintenance function.

Visit subsidiary companies and operational sites, spending extended periods (1-2 days) on-site to gain practical insights.

Engage directly with maintenance teams to understand ground-level challenges.

Performance Team Support:

Assist the Performance Team in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Contribute to performance tracking and optimization efforts.

Support for Head of Maintenance Services Management:

Work closely with the Head of Maintenance Services Management, providing direct support in daily operations.

Develop a deep understanding of maintenance strategies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Maintain a proactive and symbiotic working relationship with leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND: Your Background: A fresh graduate, a degree in technology/engineering. Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems. Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong. Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset. Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment. Driving licence.
