Our multinational partner company is looking for a Management Accountant for their central accounting team.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of accounting experience, and fluent English, and Hungarian knowledge.

Your tasks will be as a Management Accountant:

Perform general accounting

Perform fixed asset management

Manage taxes, liaise with third party to submit taxes.

Provide appropriate transactional coding

Provide AP invoice coding to SSC and ensure that AP transactions are properly posted

Perform AP and AR sub ledger adjustments

MEC activity to review reconciliations and exceptions

Prepare analytics for MEC

Prepare/Review Tax calculation and sent to SSC for posting

Support local statutory audit

Reconcile TB with Local ledger

Prepare and post non rule based journals

Review journals

Review P&L and Balance Sheet

Prepare BS reconciliations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in GL/RTR/Management Accountant role

Fluent Hungarian and English is a must

Proficiency in business management and accounting software.

Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.

Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
