A long-standing British organization, we opened our brand-new manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Miskolc in October 2023 and the site is purpose-built for expansion. Miskolc is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global OEM customer base.

What will you be responsible for:

• Being a leader who develops their people and creates a vision and strategy they will follow
• Continuous improvement of technological processes
• Participation in audits of the system, production process and workplace.
• Company Capex Management 
• QAD change management
• Conducting analyses for new businesses, feasibility, production costs

Experience that will set you up for success in this role;

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in a role developing an engineering team
• Project management 
• Experience in conducting investment processes and understanding process costs
• English proficiency
