WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

Contributes to the development of product line strategies. Supports projects related to the development of conceptual business opportunities for better satisfying customer needs, based on the Mol Group Chemicals strategic directions.

Supports work related to business analysis of strategic projects before Gate 2 including secondary market research, competitor benchmarking and contribution to due diligence processes.

Collects and analyzes data on consumers, competitors and on application segments. Interpret the findings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to businesses for informed decision-making and to identify market trends and opportunities.

Contributes to idea generation and business opportunity analysis related to Chemicals business and provides market rationale for prioritization.

Conducts short- mid- and long-term market and business intelligence activities; monitors market and legislative trends and provides regular insights.

Contributes to the structuring and representation of business cases and understanding their dependencies with other business development initiatives.

Supports ad-hoc tasks related to Market Intelligence team or Market Strategy & Product Development teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND: Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your degree chemical engineering/ economics/business management Your Personality: Problem-solving skills , analytical mindset, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset. Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
