They are now looking for a junior candidate (fixed term) to join their team as a Marketing and Trade Specialist. Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Assistance in the localization of marketing materials,
• Organize product deliveries while maintaining vendor relationships,
• Support the logistics of trial activities to ensure timely product delivery,
• Help with updates to the own websites and creation of sub-websites,
• Oversee the trade sample process, including the collection and creation of mockups, briefing agencies, and placing product orders,
• Act as the primary contact for agencies, assisting with deployment organization, and ordering gifts and decorations,
• Gather and consolidate data for commercial reviews and initiative readiness by liaising with the sales team,
• Track and update commercial files and summaries, and support with everyday commercial tasks,
• Manage purchase orders and invoices within internal systems and with vendors,
• Other administration and ad hoc tasks.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience,
• Fluency in English (written and spoken),
• University degree (marketing or business),
• MS Office package, strong Excel skills (functions, pivot table),
• Proactive attitude.
