as we are now looking for a Marketing Manager

 

 

• Playing a pro-active and leading role in defining, implementing and controlling marketing strategy
• Tracking trends in social media and online marketing and implementing those in company’s activities
• Planning, carrying out, monitoring and optimizing on-/offline marketing activities with different channels and tools – marketing automation, SEO, SEM, social media to drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Constant improvements on the website, optimizing landing pages
• Web analytics, analysing campaign results in line with the set targets and proposing improvements
• Promotion of brands through content to the internal and external community
• Execution the coming brand change
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• As being part of a hotel organisation working together with different departments you need to be a good team player too

• A degree in economics/marketing speciality or similar is an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position
• Content writing experience including images/photos/videos
• Familiarity of the hotel/restaurant sector
• Self-confident, independent and highly analytic work attitude
• Very good English is a must
• Google Analytics
• Google ads, social media campaign experience
• Confident in developing content and editing images, videos
