Our partner is looking for software engineers with experience of writing low-level C code, standards-based firmware, and who enjoy working as part of the wider open-source community.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Proficient C programmer
• Desire and ability to work as part of a team
• Passion for open-source development

• Knowledge of computer architectures, ideally Arm
• Operating system kernel or device drivers development
• Understanding of the details of CPU architectures (pipelines, caches, MMUs, Interrupt Controllers, timers)
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software debuggers
• Familiarity with open source projects such as Linux Kernel, TF-A, TF-M, UEFI EDK II, U-Boot, Xen / pKVM
