Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities: 

Contributes to value stream strategy realization with setting up corresponding KPIs and Customer Service Level measurements

Responsible for developing and maintaining monitoring for value stream performance ensuring continuous improvement (PDCA)

Participate on External and Internal audits, while being responsible for the end-to-end process level correction of the audit findings

In the form and with the regularity specified by the Head of Quality Assurance and Quality assurance Team lead, draw up reports

Breaks down value stream KPIs for cross functional organizations and maintain measurements, reviews process and process related individual performances

Takes part in the investigation and handling of complaints, in the analysis of identified gaps, finding solutions and manages problems

Responsible for ensuring compliance with the effective laws, regulations, and corporate directives, as well as contributes to the requirements of the integrated management system within the business

  

Requirements:

Quality Management, Economics or relevant education

Minimum 3 years of professional experience

Comprehensive understanding of logistics and financial processes

Excellent communication and organizational skills with good analytical and problem-solving attitude

IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP, CRM)

Advanced level of written and spoken English
