as a

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – MOL LUB Ltd.

Scope:

The job objective is to perform the financial control and management tasks of MOL LUB Ltd. , i. e. , to manage and supervise finance, accounting, planning & controlling and treasury activities, and align the same with the strategic goals of MOL Group, furthermore to perform the financial control of Lubricant Business subsidiaries.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for corporate finance, accounting, tax, controlling and treasury activities.

Responsible for the establishment of the corporate reporting system and the supervision of its operation, including MOL Group level information supply needs. Sets up and operates the finance, accounting, controlling and treasury type reporting system of the Company. Supplies data for Lubricant Business CEO, Lubricant Business MAC and MOL Group Downstream Controlling.

Responsible for financial supervision for corporate projects, supervises the preparation of decision-support documentation based on economic calculations.

Oversees the development of the Business Plan, evaluates its implementation.

Supervises the CAPEX decisions of Lubricant Business, decision maker in local Investment Committee

Controls and coordinates the IS activity of MOL LUB Ltd. Manages the owner-approved business-based ERP system operation, support and development, including the planning and scheduling of IT asset acquisition.

Preparation and implementation of IT strategy for the entire MOL Lubricants BU.

Participation in preparation, implementation and control of Lubricant Business short term and long term strategy

Performs the financial leadership tasks of MOL-LUB Russ and MOL Ukraine, ensures cost control for the Lubricant Businesses of MOL Group companies.

Supervises the measurement and control of services used received from MOL Group members or third party service providers. Oversees settlements vis-à-vis MOL Group companies in the Lubricant Business.

Responsible for the reporting liabilities defined in legislative provisions, assumes responsibility for their national and international legal compliance. Responsible for the preparation of the Annual Report.

Oversees the development of the Business Plan, evaluates its implementation. Provides valuable contribution to BP fulfillment by identifying profit increase opportunities and by creating pre-warning system to avoid future potential risks.

Liaises with financial institutions, ministries, authorities, auditors.

Makes decisions in respect of the sphere of business affairs defined in the Letter of Mandate up to the value limits specified therein.

Observes the work safety and environmental protection requirements of the Safety-at-Work Regulation, the General Fire Protection Regulation, and the relevant work instructions applicable to the activity, performs the tasks and controls defined for the job in the regulations named above.

Responsible for ensuring the proper legal support activities and services within MOL-LUB Ltd.

Requirements:

Tertiary degree in Business or Economics.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and 5 years of managerial experience.

Strong general management skills, high-level financial expertise, familiarity with Group-level processes, and a business-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Negotiating level command of English
