A Network Engineer position has opened at our multinational client!

They are a leading agricultural technology company who focus on transforming food production through Regenerative Agriculture to improve soil health, increase productivity, and combat climate change.

As a Network Engineer, you will ensure the operational health of company’s network while gaining practical experience of resolving technical issues. You will handle network-related operational and technical issues, drive them to resolution, and perform various tasks such as troubleshooting, coordinating with service providers, and working with stakeholders and the design team.

As a Network Engineer, you will:

Conduct triage, analyse, and resolve network incidents as part of the Level 2 support process.

Troubleshoot and configure networking equipment, including Cisco and Meraki devices.

Utilise network management systems to diagnose issues, identify probable problem areas, and assess the impact.

Collaborate with local contacts and service providers to resolve site connectivity, hardware, and service issues, ensuring providers adhere to SLAs.

Perform network diagnostics and improve systems proactively.

Evaluate and recommend design changes.

Maintain CMDB and Knowledge Base, fulfill DNS/DHCP requests.

What you will need to succeed:

2–3 years of experience supporting multinational corporate networks and troubleshooting at L2 level.

Experience working directly in Cisco IOS and the Meraki dashboard.

Understanding and practical application of network protocols and functions, such as BGP and OSPF.

Nice to have experience with: EIGRP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SDWAN, IPAM, SDN.

Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences, even under tight deadlines.

Fluent English knowledge.
