• Lead the night team on a day-to-day basis,  ensuring excellent service is provided to all guests in line with our Lobby presence to meet and greet guests, and ensure enough lobby coverage for a smooth running operation overnight.
• Complete guest check-in’s and check-out’s,  answering phones and dealing with overnight guest queries.
• Running end of day process on property management systems.
• Performing other duties such as concierge services and special guest requests.
• Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash with established proceduresunning operation overnight.
• Review the arrivals report in detail, identify and action any new special requests, VIPs or amenity requirements that have come overnight. Communicate these to other departments as needed etc.  

• Leadership experience in a hotel preferably in the front office department
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with hotel property management softwares, highly regarded
• Independent, precise and responsible in work

• Tourism & Hospitality college or university degree.
• Knowledge of the Opera PMS.
• Experience in Food and Beverage services.
