
Office Assistant
A part-time Office Assistant position (30 hours/week) is now available at our multinational client's office located in Budaörs Office Park.
The company is a global leader in identity and security technologies, providing solutions such as biometric systems, facial recognition, and secure identity documents to both government and private sectors. They have been operating for nearly half a century, enhancing national security and simplifying lives worldwide.
This role is perfect for you if you are a communicative individual with excellent organisational skills. You will play a central role in the company's daily operations, managing office duties in a friendly and familiar environment.
As an Office Assistant, you will:
- Handling the employer's daily outgoing and incoming mail traffic.
- Ordering and receiving couriers at the employer's office.
- Receiving visitors arriving at the employer's office and preparing for their travel.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Liaising with the cleaning company, building management company, and remote monitoring service.
- Acting as the primary contact for office-related matters between the employer's employees and external partners.
- Managing document traffic between employer's offices.
- Administering, recording, and archiving contracts.
- Issuing, retrieving, and administering office equipment, mobile phones, and access cards.
- Placing purchase orders in the employer's D365 system, including for other departments.
- Providing administrative support to the employer's management.
- Organising corporate events.
- Preparing and publishing communication materials for internal communication platforms.
What you will need to succeed:
- Proactive attitude with good communication- and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in secretary or assistant roles.
- Fluent English.
- Driving licence ‘B’ with driving experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
