Our prestigious partner, who is a leader in engineering services and support, is looking for a talented, experienced professional to join its project in Budapest.

The job
- Office management (telephone, office supplies, mailing and courier services)
- Coordination of external cleaning company and service providers
- Administrative tasks
- Communication with the owner of the office building
- Complex organisational tasks
- Strong teamwork with HR colleagues
- Preparation of reports, spreadsheets and lists
- Invoicing
- First point of contact for clients and partners
- Accordingly, an important hub in the company where the threads come together, and organisational and coordination skills are in demand on a daily basis.
About you
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar function
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Fluent Hungarian language knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are a reliable, proactive and very independent personality, who is open and communicative and who cultivates courteous manners and discretion to a high degree.
