Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the General Manager, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and safe operations that meet our partner’s standards.
- Drive process improvements, resource planning, and operational efficiency, with an understanding of both production and quality aspects.
- Lead customer reviews, address their needs, and foster long-term partnerships by implementing tailored services.
- Take ownership of 8Ds, collaboration meetings, and KPI reviews to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Conduct routine audits and ensure high-quality standards in all operations.
- Support the implementation and feedback loop for our systems.
- Assist the Finance and Administration teams in clearing project reports, resolving invoice queries, and managing customer payment issues.
- Collaborate with Operations Management to develop a strong HR and succession plan, ensuring a thriving personal development program.
- A minimum of five years of managerial experience in the automotive industry is required to effectively understand the demands and dynamics of this role.
- Familiarity with production processes and their connection to quality management.
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team in a high-performance environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage confidently and professionally with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving (SAP knowledge is a plus).
- Adaptability, multitasking skills, and a hands-on approach.
- Experience working with customers in high-pressure situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role, as it is the primary language of communication.
- Type B driver’s license.
- German language skills.
