
P2P Manager
Lead and manage the P2P accounting team, setting goals and ensuring deadlines are met.
Monitor and report on team performance using KPIs.
Oversee monthly closing controls, reconciliations, and troubleshoot complex cases.
Support the design and implementation of new processes and projects.
Facilitate the training and onboarding of new team members.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
Participate in audits and preparation of reports and performance reviews. Elvárások / Requirements
Degree in finance or economics; IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
Proven leadership experience in the accounting field.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional language is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and motivational skills.
Experience in team performance tracking, process standardization, and talent engagement.
