Main responsibilities:

Perform regular payment runs according to the agreed schedule, which includes generating the payment proposal, reviewing supporting evidence, executing the payment run, and posting payments into ERP systems.

Detect and notify unsuccessful payments, and assist in resolving them.

Provide documents and/or reports required for audits.

Create manual payment instructions in various bank portals.

Enter accounting entries into the system and ensure data integrity.

Ensure adherence to SOX policies and procedures.

Reconcile balance sheet accounts.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required skills:

Bachelor degree in Finance or business (or similar)

0-2 years of relevant experience

SAP knowledge is an advantage

Analytical skill is an advantage

Able to communicate in English
