The organization is comprised of 500 colleagues located in Hungary and Slovakia with the ambition to extend service scope to all European countries where MOL is present. The scope of services includes Statutory and Financial Reporting, Transactional Accounting, Customer Credit Management, Treasury and Payment Operations, Payroll and HR support.

Payments Back Office Associate

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Your tasks will be:

Process foreign and local currency payments in CEE region using e-bank, SWIFT and special payment platform and manage payment confirmation if needed.

Download bank statements.

Run KYC process with selected bank partners of MOL Group, ensure up to date signature list of company representatives and bank signatories.

Active member of the ongoing payment platform change project.

Requirements:

College or University degree preferably in accounting, finance or related disciplines,

1-3 years working experience in a similar role,

Problem solving attitude,

Good oral and written communication skills – Hungarian and English are a must,

Organized and precized work.
