People Services Team Lead
Are you ready to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Our client, a fast-growing global company, is seeking a Team Lead for People Services to manage and guide a new team of talented People Associates in their newly established hub in Hungary.
This is a unique opportunity to oversee essential HR services for multiple countries, with plans to expand globally. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing HR operations team, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding employee support across regions.
If you have experience as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Team Lead in multinational companies and have successfully led and coordinated teams, we encourage you to apply!
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of People Associates by providing guidance, setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture that aligns with company policies.
HR Operations: Oversee daily HR inquiries from employees across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and efficient resolutions. Act as the first escalation point for complex HR issues, driving timely problem-solving.
Knowledge Transfer & Onboarding: Work closely with other HR teams to transition tasks and knowledge to the team. Manage process documentation, knowledge milestones, and effective backup systems for country deliverables. Support employee onboarding into HR systems (e. g. , Workday) with a focus on data accuracy.
Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and service delivery. Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate salary payments while driving adoption of manager and employee self-service tools.
Team Development & Continuous Improvement: Provide training opportunities to enhance team skills and promote professional growth. Foster a collaborative environment while identifying and implementing process improvements based on employee feedback to elevate HR services. Elvárások / Requirements
prior experience as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Team Lead in multinational companies
sucessfully managed or coordinated team members
fluent English knowledge both written and verbal
must be based in Hungary and able to attend the office 3-4 days weekly
experience in employee lifecycle management and HR service delivery
