We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to play a key role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning processes. Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Co-lead the creation and implementation of global supply chain planning processes and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end planning workflows and establish best practices.
• Partner with IT to optimize planning systems and integrate planning tools.
• Develop and lead a team of planners.
• Oversee the development of short, mid, and long-term supply plans.
• Direct inventory execution strategies, monitor inventory levels, and manage supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management.

Elvárások / Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• You have 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management.
• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You are proficient in S4/Hana/APO/IBP.
• You possess experience with SIOP demand and supply planning.
• You have proven ability to build strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
