Our partner is an iconic consumer goods manufacturer whose products can be found in millions of households worldwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Plant Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations at our Client's plant, located near Szeged.

The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic leader with strong operational expertise, excellent people management skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Oversee plant operations to meet production targets efficiently.

Drive continuous improvement for productivity, cost reduction, and efficiency.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and timely product delivery.

Maintain quality control and compliance with safety & environmental regulations.

Optimize maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Manage budget, cost control, and capital projects within scope.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Supervise KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Provide regular performance updates and ad-hoc reports to senior management.

Manage all plant operations to achieve production targets, optimize performance, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Relevant professional experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Hungarian.
