Polish Speaking Accounts Receivable Associate Location: 13th district (hibrid opportunity with 2-3 office days per week) Requirements:

Fluent in English and in Polish

Any kind of university degree or a diploma from an economics-focused high school

Internship, student job experience, or less than 1 year of full-time experience in Customer Service/ AP/ AR/ cash collection/ credit control/ finance)

Capable of handling complex situations

Able to balance both customer and business priorities simultaneously

Able to deliver and shares high-quality information within tight deadlines Your responsibilities will be:

Act as a key account expert and escalation contact for both internal and external customer inquiries, collaborating closely with Customer Service teams.

Engage with partners professionally and efficiently, raising concerns about service levels or deadlines when needed.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and internal partners.

Assist Team Leads in managing critical operational or performance escalations.

Demonstrate excellent teamwork, constructive communication, and active listening.

Manage key business databases and contract tools independently, supporting end-to-end processes.

Handle contract changes, financials, and monthly reporting efficiently, aligning with finance for accruals and reconciliations at month- and year-end close. What they offer:
