Main responsibilities:In this role your main tasks will be:Perform regular and event driven credit assessments of the customers based on the credit policy:financial information data of the customer (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statements, agency reports etc. )soft facts of the customerrisk rating, credit limitdefine the overall need and type of collaterals for individual customers and manage handling for these collateralscoordinate with sales, customer and banks details on collaterals requestedprepare high quality assessmentstake decision to block / unblock customers from deliverycontinuous monitoring of customers via alertsidentify key, strategic or high risk business customers and issues and take actions together with the relevant stakeholdersExposure Management and Monitoring by:monitoring of exposure regarding credit limit and overduesmonitor and communicate results to sales and provide support to find positive solutioninvestigate and analyze porfolio trends, assess root causes and make suggestions on risk mitigations and improvementsSupport sales to find ways of working even with problematic customers, and/or organize regular meetings on credit mattersCredit InsuranceStakeholder managementRequired skills:Proficiency in English and PolishUniversity Degree or equivalent experience or other Graduation in Economics (High School)2-3 years of finance, preferably credit experience in an international environmentAbility to deal with complex situations and make decisions while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focusGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAdvantages:SAP knowledgeWhat our partner can offer to you:Different bonus opportunities based on performance and wide range of cafeteria elementsLife & health insurance, medical care packageFlexible working schedule: home office up to 3 days / week, based on team agreementFamily friendly workplace e. g. : Extended parental leave, Mother-baby roomEmployees’ wellbeing programs e. g. : Employee Assistance Program, Company Recognition ProgramAssets like phone for private usage and company laptop are provided from the first day of employment
