Polish speaking Order To Cash Representative
On behalf of our partner who is a global technology company, we are seeking O2C professionals to join their team. This company provides cutting-edge imaging solutions and technologies to businesses worldwide, with a strong focus on sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of their products. Main responsibilities:In this role you will manage the end-to-end Order to Cash activities for your supported country.
Understands issues through proper root-cause analysis and provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits. Follow-up to ensure resolution.
Continuously support system and process improvement initiatives, projects
Create reports - when necessary, from SAP/Power BI dashboards or Business Objects.
Assists in external and internal audits, including preparation of support and materials upon requests.
Manage Order to Delivery activities within the O2C organization
Monitoring customer orders in SAP
Support customer master data set-up and change requests.
Monitor, follow-up and communicate daily with customers and internal teams
Handle backorder situations with diligence
Builds strong relationships with customers, sales, supply chain teams
Maximizes customer satisfaction level and secures O2D KPIs results
Manage Invoice to Cash activities within the O2C organization
Manages cash collection activities to guarantee payments arrive on time
Monitors, follow-ups and communicates daily with customers and internal teams
Proactively support cash flow by maximizing cash receipt for the actual month
Analyze AR Delinquency report, identify root causes for outstanding items, take actions to deliver I2C KPIs
Actively collaborate with customers, credit managers, cash applications, finance and other internal teams
Required skills:
University or college degree
Fluent in English and Polish
Strong MS Office knowledge
2+ years of experience in customer service / order management / accounts payable / invoicing / cash collection
Great Communication & interpersonal skills
Advantages:
