We need you to: Set up, roll out and evolve manufacturing processesBoost productivity and pinpoint opportunities to automate tasks in crucial areasWork with detailed specifications and choose the best concepts to implement new and improved processesIdentify and verify critical process controls and preventive measures using 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, and SWOT techniquesDefine areas to improve quality and coordinate changes with actual costs, yield, failure rates and KPIs in mindSelect machine suppliers and calculate return on investmentDrive efforts to implement approved and launched projectsDraft and actualize work instructions and teach technical regulationsPrepare and update production-related documentation in line with the supplier manual, internal guidelines and applicable standards  Your credentials are persuasive.
