WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing, documenting, and improving Waste Management processes. You'll collaborate with business representatives to define efficient processes and identify areas for development and improvement. You'll work closely with Process Excellence Experts, Product Owners, and IT to explore digitalization opportunities. Additionally, you'll participate in projects to ensure process perspectives are considered in deliverables.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND: Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s / master’s degree in Economics / Business or related area Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems. “Customer first” mindset and strong stakeholder management skills Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong Related knowledge: Good understanding of different process improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean, CPI, etc. ) is a big plus Language Skills: Advanced knowledge in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset. Tech Savvy: General good understanding of IT systems and architectures, project management practices (including agile)
