Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely approval, acknowledgment, and delivery of products.
- Maintain and update purchasing master data and vendor information.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with suppliers, addressing issues, and facilitating smooth communication.
- Collaborate closely with the sourcing and strategic teams, factory employees, and other stakeholders, primarily communicating in German.
- Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Work on the automation of raw material and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) orders to increase efficiency.
- Manage your own projects independently, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and other issues with the AP team.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Procurement, Buyer or related roles
- Strong experience and knowledge in SAP
- Fluency in both German and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and the activities of related departments
- Positive, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective communication across various organizational levels
