Procurement Coordinator (German Speaking)

Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely approval, acknowledgment, and delivery of products.
Maintain and update purchasing master data and vendor information.
Handle day-to-day interactions with suppliers, addressing issues, and facilitating smooth communication.
Collaborate closely with the sourcing and strategic teams, factory employees, and other stakeholders, primarily communicating in German.
Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any delays or discrepancies.
Work on the automation of raw material and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) orders to increase efficiency.
Manage your own projects independently, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and other issues with the AP team. Elvárások / Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Procurement, Buyer or related roles
Strong experience and knowledge in SAP
Fluency in both German and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while being an effective team player
Strong understanding of procurement processes and the activities of related departments
Positive, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
