Procurement Operations Assistant Manager

Execute and optimize infrastructure outsourcing agreements through contract drafting.
Review and revise vendor agreements to maximize benefits and minimize financial risks.
Evaluate and negotiate vendor Contract Change Orders, Transaction Schedules, and SOWs.
Manage stakeholder escalations and implement engagement processes.
Lead a procurement operations team in tactical IT sourcing.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of daily activities.
Coach procurement team on engagement strategies and communication.
Optimize operational processes for efficiency and automation.
Establish and maintain consistent reporting on service improvement and KPI/SLA performance.
Drive Quality Assurance and report on service delivery against SLAs.
Manage daily purchasing activities and enhance procurement processes.
Identify and engage with global suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships.
Understand regional contracts and legal concepts.
Maintain agreements database and track contract expiry dates. Elvárások / Requirements
BSC degree in Information Systems or Technology/Business related field.
5 to 7 years' experience developing, implementing & managing IT Vendor performance, projects, and relationships.
Prior experience Orchestrating a Procurement Operations Process.
Prior experience managing IT Vendors.
Experience working with geographically dispersed team & customer base.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendor partners.
Ability to lead, influence & motivate staff & partners.
Ability to think strategically & communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.
Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Service NOW.
